BVNW’s varsity wrestling team qualified ten members of the team for the state tournament. In order to be eligible to go, the wrestler had to place at the regional meet held this past weekend.

Freshman Sam Elliot and Junior Jaquwan Stone both won their prospective weight classes. Seniors Christian Kingeter and Jeremy Katz took second in their weight classes. Seniors Blake Mann and Don Fowler and Juniors Ben Charpentier, Nate Johnson and Carter Tierney won third place. Senior Chuck McBride took fourth in the 132 lb weight class.
