Student item pick up
The BVNW administration developed a plan to safely allow students to pick up personal items from he 2019-20 school year and return any school items.
The following schedule will start on Tuesday, May 26th for seniors only.

Students are expected to come prepared, bringing all library books, uniforms, class supplies, and school-owned instruments that need to be returned or repaired. Students that will not be returning to Blue Valley are expected to bring their MacBook, case, and charger to turn in.
Students who need to retrieve school items or person belonging forms inside the school should follow the following instructions.
Enter the campus off 133rd Street and proceed to the main parking lot where they will park in the designate spots.
Enter the building through the main doors.
Adhere to social distancing and gathering size guidelines. Students cannot exceed 15 minutes inside of the school.
Retrieve personal belongings and any school belongings from the hallways and PE lockers.
A staff member will assist with the retrieval of items if a student is not comfortable entering the building.
Students who are returning school items should follow the following instructions.
Items should be in the backseat or trunk as the return of school items will take place curbside.
Students should enter at the North entrance by 131st St. and proceed into the drop-off/pick up loop.
Students who have already been in the building to retrieve personal items, proceed in your vehicle to the drop-off/pick up the loop by the baseball fields at 131st St.
Pull to the curb where staff will be available to retrieve items from trunks or back seats and separate into collection bins as appropriate.
Staff members and students are encouraged to wear gloves and face masks. Students who are currently under quarantine should arrange for an alternate time to retrieve/ return their belongings.
Kathryn Case is a senior writer for “The Express.” She also is involved in volleyball for BVNW along with club volleyball. Kathryn loves to play with her dog and watch “The Vampire Diaries.” This year she plans to develop and grow her writing abilities. Her favorite activity is going out to eat and shopping with friends.
